There's only a few figures left that I want. I'll wait for them to drop in price and if I don't get them, I don't get them. I'm not going to pay the crazy prices these are listed at now just because they supposedly only have two or three left. As it stands, I can get most of them cheaper elsewhere.
I noticed that the GI Joe/Transformers Crossover figures base price seems to have jumped up a bit prior to the sale.
Same, here! What the hell, Club?
I wish I could remember what some of the other prices were for certain, but it almost looks like the raised most of them to various degrees.
It almost seems like the "10%" off is actually back to the original price.
The two Only Human figures definitely had their prices raised.

Sabrblade wrote:Strange. They sent out an email two days ago about the prices dropping from 10% to 20%. Though, it looks like they added a few more things again, so maybe that inadvertently auto-reset the prices back up.

That store is shady as hell. They said they were dropping the prices by 10% weeks after weeks until everything was gone. Guess they were full of it.

Agreed. Something's rotten in Denmark, and it looks to be this 'sale'!

It also looks like a bunch of people have bought up a ton of stuff from the Club Store just to resell it all on eBay.
In my experience, there's always been a demand for the BotCon 2006 exclusives.-Kanrabat- wrote:Is there even demand for that garbage?

I hope anyone who have the bright idea to "scalp" TCC's leftovers will be stuck with their sh!t.

Same. I honestly can't see wanting about 80% of that stuff left. And the stuff I would like, I won't be torn up if I don't get it.
I will admit, I did buy a couple of the guys that form Nexus Prime. But that's been it so far.

kurthy wrote:Hello former Transformers' Collector's Club Members;
Today we will begin the final Clearance Sale for all items left in the TCC store. Anyone can order these items.
This is basically going to work like a "Going Out of Business" sale you see in brick and mortar stores.
Today marks the beginning of the final Clearance Sale and everything in the store is 10% off. Approximately every week, the discount will increase 10% until we get to 90% off before the end of the year. Some items only have a quantity of 2 or 3 and are very limited. Some items have a quantity of several hundred. It's up to you to decide the price you want to pay.
All Sales are Final and there are no returns or adjustments for this Clearance Sale. If you wait too long for the price to drop, the items may be gone. If you buy too early, you may not get the lowest price. We will not be making any price adjustments and please do not email or call us with an offer for these pieces. We have gone through everything in the warehouse and we believe that what is online is the last of everything. However, we might stumble on to a few more items once all of the pieces are removed from their bins.
We will not make any price adjustments for past purchases if you find that an item is being offered at a lower price during this Clearance Sale.
Again, there are no returns or exchanges and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Thank you for your support over the years!
Brian

Once I get more money in the bank, I'll be going after more stuff.
I got the gun-less SG Drift (to replace the one that was stolen from me; I'll have to get replacement guns off eBay), the BotCon 2013 Machine Wars Kreon set, and the BotCon 2007 attendee freebie clear-blue Mirage.william-james88 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:And I have taken advantage of that accordingly.RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:Well, the club is down to half off.
