I forgot to add feedback for my previous SirToys purchases.
I have bought about 3 boxes worth of stuff from there, including some really cool Martial Mecha Saga toys, Robo Revolution toys and Giant Saver, and some other stuff.
Of the several shipments I have had, only one toy ever had any damage, the rest were all good. For smaller size toys its great, and there is loads of other stuff I plan to buy from Sirtoys this year.
However I was pretty annoye that I spend $50 on Giant Saver Solar Deleter toy only to have the leg snap off in the post. The toy is a modular design that just snaps together, and if it was diassembled (like the other shipments I got) the toy would have been fine despite the box arriving looking like it had been in the final round of international soccer post office premier championship.
The Giant Saver toy has a big pin that lock into the leg joint, and the circle shaped pin piece snapped clean off inside the piece it locks into, I didn't even know it was broken until I looked closely, as luckily it was such a well designed quality toy, that the other leg was strong enough to brace the toy and it still holds together without any glue etc.
I love that toy, and really want the other two that it combines with, but don't want them to be broken.
Anyhow, overall I highly recommend sirtoys for and deluxe, leader class or standard size toys, as they tend to do okay in the post. However for heavier, larger more expensive toys, I don't recommend it as its pretty likely they will get broken (to be fair, there is a warning on the site).
However, some of those same toys elsewhere will cost TWO-THREE times what you pay at Sir Toys, meaning you can either pay through the nose for a big box that you will throw away, or put the savings into you know, like $2 of glue and put anything back together that may break in the mail.
Also, there is quite a lot of cool one offs, originals and quality KO's that you just won't find on any other site (at least not in english).
It sounds negative, but overall I am
really happy with both the service and great toys from Sir Toys, its a great site.
And my last two shipments had email updates every two weeks (standard shipping slow mail from HK to OZ is 4-6 weeks, which is the same as when I get from HK/China on Ebay)
The military combiner I bought from Sirtoys, and while the torso is crap, otherwise it is pretty cool. THe KO TFC orange devastator and OS KO Soundwave are two toys I really love, and they are on sirtoys but I grabbed them from ebay as the a seller had free shipping at the time.
