It appears Year of the Dragon Ultimate Optimus Prime will be made available to our Canadian friends via Toys"R"Us. Toys"R"Us Canada has listed a pre-order for the figure, he's priced at $99.99 and estimated to start shipping on September 22nd.

Looks like Cullen would call this a Powermaster (but mostly on the original DOTM Ultimate Prime).
