I'm not sure how much of a TF:Prime collection I'm going to end up with, but he looks like he could even fit in well with my Animated G1 homages.

Only bad thing about this fig is his "Drift complex"

Very cool pics, his feet just look a bit tiny in robot mode :-?

Looks fantastic. Every mode. Face. Fantastic.

I'm trying not to collect the whole line for Prime, but I'm going to have to pick this up.

Wheeljack doesn't like Trolls just like the rest of us.

Hes also certain that Trolling is an art, not "a" art.

Ahem. Now that the Troll Joke is over...

This figure looks really good! This could even substitute for a Cybertronian Wheeljack, you know? With all these IDW designs coming in with the Cybertronian modes, this seems like a great substitute for the toy.

Needs his shoulder mounter weaponry.. otherwise, way cool!

Well this does seem to have potential, I'm not sure about the head though but it could be the lighting. But to believe that WJ is a swordsman after all these years...sorry but no. I'm just gonna have to find him a decent pistola or 2 cuz the blades just ain't right...'nuff said! :VEHI:

Oh, I'm sure Perfectfanclub or some other 3rd party yahoo has already started work on that....

True... his accessories are incongruent. I hate it when they arbitrarily say someone is a ninja and give them swords. Animated Prowl, I'm lookin' at you.

Don' like them plugged into the front of the vehicle like that, but overall not bad.

Very nice....

Those swords had better be at least semi-stiff. It better not be gooey rubbery like Drift's sword. Bludgeon's weren't much better at least they didn't flop under gravity like it was melting.

Alt mode is sexy sauce!
Minus the dumbfoolery of giant swords sticking out of his bumper. :BLACKEYE:

For all of you guys hating on Wheeljack's "Ninja" Complex, keep this in mind: Not every scientist is a total "Stay in the lab" Pansy. G1 Wheeljack scrapped alot to, didn't he? Sure, our first taste of Prime "Jacky" wasn't of his Scientist side, but that Wheeljack we saw in the base was Makeshift. The one that escaped and came back and Kicked Makeshift's ass? Wheeljack, and he ended Makeshift with a bang. Probably a bomb of his very own design...
All the Character Development came from Makeshift. We'll see his Scientist side next time he rolls into town.
The wreckers needed him because he was a Warrior, AND a scientific mind, Drift was just a cold-sparked killer turned good through training with monks and the like and gave up guns for swords and all that. While they share in looks, they are NOT the same.

Still going after the Prime line. Wheeljack looks pretty good!

So when does he hit toy stores in the states? January 2013??? The way its been going lately with the 1st Editions, it seems plausible...

Very glad the swords can be stored under the chassis in vehicle mode. Can't wait to get hold of this guy tomorrow.

Very sick, but I do think the face just doesn't hit me as wheeljack as MUCH as the generations figure.

Now, for those of you who are kinda wondering if they want this wheeljack in addition to the generations figure, and dont know how they will fit in on the shelf, well, I'm betting they're going to repaint this figure. I'm going to wait it out, coz other than the fact that its a sick freakin mold, I still think the generations version is more accurate to the character I know Wheeljack to be.

I will give the vehicle canopy to Prime: Wheeljack though; thats much closer to a lancia stratos than the generations fig.

Yeah, the vehicle and style doesn't look too cartoony to not fit in with Classics. I may do a head swap and call this guy Classics Wheeljack... then let Tracks and the Battlechargers occupy that other mold. Heh.

You must've got a Lucky Draw Bludgeon or something, because mine is worse than Drift. :P

This figure is amazing. Don't even care that he isn't traditionally a ninja. Need it.

You DO realize that's part of the trolling, yes?

Massive oldschool Wheeljack fan here. Great to see him getting some more action-figure love. Really not digging the whole Gary Stu Durifto-san vibe at all, so I guess those swords will remain stashed, or will go to Bludgeon.

I like the "hunched" look he has to him; looks like he's ready for a fight.

This looks like an awesome figure. It'll be another Prime figure that I'm definitely buying. I'm getting an almost Speed Racer-esque vibe from the vehicle mode. It'd be awesome if Reprolabels would make a Mach 5 themed set for him.

After micheal bay butchered wheeljack in the 3rd movie, I can live with him being a warrior instead of a scientist. We dont want another einstein, do we ???

Dual swords but no bicep swivel so he can't wield them properly. Nice one.

The more i look at him the more i realy hate those swords he looks shit as a ninja

The Gen WJ is a much better mould in Alt and robot, this prime WJ while not a bad figure doesnt represent how i see him

I was and now only might pick him up im not into the prime toys and wont be untill some characters i have no version of comes out and gets me going.

Apparently Revealers Cliffjumper is also pretty dinky; I saw a video review in which he is show to be barely taller than RTS Windcharger (a Scout).

It seemed like the Autobot cars from the DOTM line were also rather small, so I'm wondering if this means that this is the new standard size for Transformers at this price point?

It's a little less flashy, but how about this?

The 2005 Fenomenon Stratos concept car:

2010 New Stratos concept in full rally gear mockup:

2010 street version which made it to a fully operational car, but as far as I know will not be put into production:
