This is what I was thinking. Her or Cylas (that is, if they haven't killed him already).

I agree on the Airachnid possibility.PrymeStriker wrote:I've been waiting for this episode to be announced.Mindmaster wrote:An old enemy, huh? Airachnid's return, perhaps?

Foxbear wrote:Or the old enemy could refer to Nemesis/Trypticon. If the scientists are fooling around with synthetic energon then they might mistakenly reawaken the ship.
Seems a little far fetched. Trypticon/Nemesis was reactivated by Dark Energon, whose properties include reviving the dead. Synthetic Energon, however, is just straight-up artificial Energon that can be used as regular fuel.

All this talk of the various energon variations makes me wish we could see any of the other colored energon types we haven't seen yet.Mindmaster wrote:Foxbear wrote:Or the old enemy could refer to Nemesis/Trypticon. Natural, Mud, Power, Fake Dark, Hard, Shine, Rock/Titan, Electro, Ion, Magne, Positro, Cure, Ice, Shield, and Mystic.
We've already seen Pure, Fast, Dark, Gōsei (Synthetic), and Poison (Tox-En).

What is this, Energon Pokemón? Energonmón?

The little accent mark goes over the "e" in "Pokémon".Mindmaster wrote:Sabrblade wrote:All this talk of the various energon variations makes me wish we could see any of the other colored energon types we haven't seen yet.Mindmaster wrote:Foxbear wrote:Or the old enemy could refer to Nemesis/Trypticon. But it's probably Airachnid, whom we know to be alive.

In all fairness, both characters need some "resolution."
Besides, Knock Out & Starscream could use Airachnid. She can mysteriously control the Insecticon hivemind, turning the Nemesis to chaos.
And, if my head-canon comes true and Airachnid was one of Shockwaves (unwilling) Insecticon test subjects, right there's some interesting character dynamic. Especially when Shockwave and Airachnid are in proximity of one another.

I can see this happening. That or Airachnid decides to escape and take the wholw Insecticon army with her.

But when the writers kill a character, he stays that way, right?
Not when he has a new toy out, methinks. Hasbro's been a great deal more involved pimping the new product showcasing new character designs this season.

Tell that to Cliffjumper, Skyquake, and Hardshell, who all got either more toys or their first toys after their passing.Henry921 wrote:Well, there is one other option.

Ding ding ding! We have a winner!
Unless they're reanimating both next week.

I'm pretty sure Cylas is dead and disposed of by now. I think Knock Out might find the scent offensive, he's been there for awhile after all. I'm all for zambies though!

I'm not talking about Silas. I'm talking about Cylas, whom I refer to as the character and now physical appearance of the Breakdown/Silas meld. Therefore, since Cylas was the last version of Breakdown, I refer to any other revival of Breakdown's corpse a revival of Cylas, and so forth.
Besides, you could say what you said about Breakdown 1.0 anyway, so what's the point?
And yes, the return of the Terrorcons should be interesting.
