It's a Nemesis Prime redeco of the popular Transformers: Age of Extinction Voyager Evasion Mode Optimus Prime. Considering the alt mode, this figure might actually make a passable Motormaster. Maybe find a DoTM voyager trailer to go with it. I'm just waiting for the most likely Magnus repaint.
