Great news for those of you who missed out on Takara's Transformers United UN-22 G2 Optimus Prime the first time around, it appears the figure is getting a second release! Site sponsors BigBadToyStore, TFsource, Robotkingdom, and Kapow Toys have all relisted the figure for pre-order with an expected release date this month.

Hehe, yes. It seems that Takara understands the principle of supply and demand. They did the same with Henkei Hot Rod/Rodimus a while back due to the existing demand (thank you FansProject !) and now they've done a second run of G2 Laser Prime from United.
Hasbro needs to pay attention to the actions and market reactions of their collector-centric overseas counterpart, yeesssss!

That 2-pack was Hasbro-only. The only Skywarp I know of was Henkei, which sadly had no re-release (great figure though, although the Hasbro version has its merits as well ).

Come on Hasbro, milk us with easy repaints. We're asking for this one.

It doesn't need a re-release, it was made to order. The pre-order counter only went up to 99999, which was reached within 2 days, and more where pre-ordered after that plus extras. There are more Henkei Skywarps and Thundercrackers than Henkei Starscreams. And Starscream was the mass released one.

Now that's irony
