For some reason, there isn't much going on over at Amazon.com for Black Friday in the US when it comes to Transformers. The better deals for US fans for toys they might not have yet are over at Hasbro Pulse which gives you 10-20% off depending on your membership status.
However, Australia's Amazon site has some pretty incredible deals for Cybermonday. The best would be MPM Megatron at $112 AUD (which is $75 USD) and the Siege Alphastrick set at $54 ($36 USD).
You can find those deals and more here.
Canada's Amazon site has some good deals too, though not as good as those. All scout class Cyberverse Spark Armor figures are only $10 ($7.50 USD) and Siege Jetfire is just under $75. It's been taht way since Black Friday.
You can find those deals and more here.
All these deals are for a very limited time and will be finished by the end of tomorrow (December 2nd).

By the time I realized I could use the discount on pre-orders the only things left for Earthrise were Grapple and Starscream. I ordered them, but I'm a little bummed that I didn't get the whole first wave at that price. Then again if I wait a little while Amazon will probably drop all of them to 20% off eventually anyway.
Speaking of Amazon, SS Thundercracker is going to be discounted today, no idea if the price will be any good.
Man, not a great Black Friday/Cyber Monday for Transformers this year. The MP Ironhide deal above is good, but there really hasn't been much worth getting excited about. I'm sure most of us were hoping for another Titan discount on Amazon like we've had for the past several years, but not this time. Hopefully we still get one for Omega Supreme before the end of the year.

You actually didn't miss out much at all. Prime, Wheeljack, Hoist and Cliffjumper were all sold out before the coupon codes were even activated. I think I got one of the last Ironworks, as it would not let me add a second to the cart. Slightly bummed myself as I would have ordered the whole wave too. Maybe Target will have our backs with another gift card deal on toys or something when Earthrise comes out.

-WWII Hot Rod
-Bumblebee
-Mixmaster
-Megatron
-Scavenger
-Shockwave
-Crowbar (in stock)
-Marvel Legends Stan Lee
Had Spinister and Crosshairs in my cart, but they sold out while I was placing my order. Also had Hot shot in the cart, but decided against buying him.
Also, thanks to signing up for my amazon card tonight, I got Siege Omega Supreme for $60!

Let us know in the Energon Pub forums below if you managed to take advantage of the discount (I did) or if you might be holding off for something better down the road.

I think it's likely, but at what availability? Amazon may have a random price drop to clear out inventory, it may show up at a discount store like Ollie's (which are regional) or this might be the lowest it goes before stock dries up and prices start to rise.nycPrime wrote:So tempted. You guys think this would ever go below $100 like the last few Titans?
Always a dice roll with these Titans, but I'm still feeling like the quick and lucky will be able to get one shipped for just under $100 and remaining stock with go to brick and mortar discount retail outlets.
So the real question is; will $2o and FoMo be the proverbial straw?

MPM-7 Bee @ $49.99
Edit: they also had everyone's favorite Titan that just won't go away for the same.
I spotted a few legend figures from the last few waves of PotP (but that's not a new sighting) and some random cyberverse figures I couldn't be assed to make note of.

Bumblebee is based on the body Bumblebee used for the majority of the Bumblebee movie, which came out last December, though he does have the signature Movie Bumblebee wings that the VW Bee did not have. The figure is a pretty decent figure despite the inaccuracies, incorporating some fun weapons and features that he used in the movie, and even some he did not.
So head on out to your local Ross', TJ Maxx, and Marshalls, and let us know what you find for sale this holiday season!

I wonder where Ross got these though, I didn't think MPM VW Bee was ever at retail in the US.
Edit: MPM Barricade actually is that price on amazon

I can confirm, even botbots are included.

Target is currently running a deal for 20% off all of their Transformers stock, both in stock at the stores and in stock online. This includes the Siege line, the Cyberverse toys, the Studio Series toys, and even the beloved little Botbots. There is no coupon code needed, all the Transformers are listed at their discounted price right now!
With this deal running for a limited time, you had better get on out to your Targets and check out the deals! And if you want to order from the comfort of your home, you can go to Target.com here and place your order!

What's with Target.com though? They went from having old listings for figures because there was still one store in the country that supposedly had one on the shelves somewhere (or at least in the system) to having nothing listed. They kinda went from one extreme to the other.
I hate the warrior class seeker mold though but I managed to find a Thundercracker at Ollie's so I thought I'd get Slipstream to go with TC, Starscream and Acid Storm. That and well, it's Slipstream.
I hope Slipstream gets a new deluxe figure for Cyberverse. Starscream as well. Different molds or at least retools to differentiate the male and female seekers. I'd like to see Windblade get a deluxe figure as well even though her warrior figure didn't suck.

So tomorrow I'm gonna hunt down a Galaxy OP as I want another to keep in his upgrade mode.

After what happened to Slipstream in the show, I'd honestly be surprised if she did get a Deluxe at this point.Alpha Weltall wrote:I hope Slipstream gets a new deluxe figure for Cyberverse.

Why does being dead prevent someone from getting a toy at some point? There have been a few dead characters in the franchise who have gotten toys after they died.

That's how it had been for me (aside from some of those super cheap oversized Bumblebee figures), and then this happened out of no where. Not much I'm interested in, but neat to see so much stuff in stock.

The liquidator stores are surprisingly well stocked this year. Marshall's, Ross, TJMaxx... even Kohl's has some Cyberverse. Ross is one up tho for having Bumblebee movie toys as well as PotP Legends.

I've seen Combiner Wars Voyagers, TLK Premier Editions, Amazon exclusives, TR Deluxes and now PotP Legends at Ross alone, not to mention Trypticon has popped up at some. The SS Bumblebee Then and Now 2-pack and on a lesser note, Power Rangers Movie Zords were found at Burlington Coat Factory for dirt cheap, so they do get good stuff now and again
It's much less a question of what's good or bad, but rather what remains unsold vs. what's actually produced. At the moment, Siege Sixgun and Shockwave are shelfwarming being re-releases in later waves, and Walmart's Bluestreak isn't exactly moving in my area either, so expect those to hit clearance or otherwise pop up in those stores in a few months.

Meanwhile the 35th line didn't show up at all at my local Walmarts. No display and nothing on the shelves. Glad I got mine off the website.

First off there's the whole "eye of the beholder" thing, this line does have its fans and even non fans like myself have found a few figures worth owning. But it's really only surprising because it's rare to see anything at T.J.Maxx in these numbers, let alone Transformers. At best they might stock a case or two of Voyagers or some random Deluxes, but this is stock on par with Walmart or Target, it's practically unheard of for them.

Both Walmart and Target have heavily scaled back the amount if Transformer merchandise they carry. I'm guessing discount stores/chains getting large shipments us going to ne common for awhile.

Why is that, do we know?
It's almost impossible to buy Siege figures in UK stores, as an aside. If you aren't there in the initial week you'll never know when or where stock will turn up.
Cyberverse of every class is staggeringly overpriced here too. So loads of those are now showing up in discount stores, still wildly overpriced. And still shelf warming! There's also loads of PotP and TR figures, but all the ones you'd expect as the fans weren't impressed.
After that it's all the leftover nasty figures covering the last two movies. Again, often still overpriced.
