If I was interested, the upcoming Takara version is the way to go regardless.
When you are talking about MP01 versus 20th Ann there is no contest.

How is the US Masterpiece Starscream compared to MP-06 and MP-03 in terms of quality? Is the paint job good and is it missing any die-cast parts or decals?

I just hope my brother can find me one in Seattle or I'm going to have to punt a baby down teh 401, again.
And keeping with d_hunter's state of mind, Peter Cullen in from Montreal, or something like that!

Thats not the point.
The point is that we always get the short end when it comes to esclusives

And yes you are right Peter Cullen is from Montreal

Either way, it's no big surprise. The last Wal-mart excluse Transformers saw in Canada was the Armada Prowl/Starscream 2-pack.
Zed makes a hell of a point, BTW

Though I'd probably call and make sure they're in stock before making the drive.

Any Canadian who lives in or near windsor Ontario could easily jump over to Detroit for a screamer.
Interesting conversation with customs though. I wonder if a border hop for an MP would be considered business or pleasure?

Oh well, more money for me.

You missed my point. We all know we get screwed over with these exclusive be they Target, Walmart, Kohl's whomever. Our dollar is so strong now that we can afford to not cry as much since buying it and shipping it to us is as cheap as having the item in retail here. BTW the $CDN is now up to $1.07!

It is very difficult for a Canadian to admit that he may need an American's help. It is like a fish trying to admit it doesn't need water.
OK I tried.

Isn't it supposed to be the big guy who need the small one in the fable?
The only thing bothering me is the shipping. I could have gone without it. And I don't know anyone who can ship it to me.

Yes, you're right. I was thinking of exclusives before the movie came out. I bought those sets a little while back myself. Not to mention Target exclusives showing up at Great Canadian Superstores.
