Not a very good figure, but at least they made him look more like a human.

So, what's the difference between the FAB Megatron, and the regular Legends figure I saw online?

I think I've said it before. I really think that the FAB line is a line for younger kids- that valuable 3-5 year old age group- that don't necessarily have the skill to change the deluxe/Voyager/leader/Ultimate class figures. STRICTLY AS A TOY FOR THIS AGE GROUP, the FAB's are a good line. For the rest of us, I don't see the appeal at all except for wall decorations as MOSC.
As for this Megs figure, I'm okay with it for the above mentioned age group. The colors are a little odd.

The face is better, but still a crappy looking figure, ok for kids.

FAB Megatron is transformable, it's quite obvious, just look at the torso.

I agree with this. As collector I don't like this thing or the other FABs at all. On the other hand, there are many kids out there who are excited just to get a Happy Meal toy. Not a bad marketing decision. I just wish that Prime 2 pack, which is clearly aimed at collectors, didn't make use of the Prime FAB mold.

It'd go over a lot better with me if the claws weren't red. Otherwise, meh, if it's signiicantly bigger than the other FaBs for the same price, I may pick it up depending on which direction they Auto-transform in. VEhicle to robot, hopefully.

This Megatron looks like he can turn his head, move his arms up and down (and probably inside-outside), be poseable at the hips and the knees.
Now show me your Gobots buddy.
