This time, it's more of the Wreckers reimagined compliments of director Michael Bay for his upcoming epic, final chapter to the Transformers film saga, TF3: Dark of the Moon. Today, we bring you two of the three updated Wreckers, deluxe class Roadbuster and deluxe class Topspin. Both have abandoned their previous alternate modes in favor of butt-kicking, heavily armed NASCAR race cars complete with MechTech weapons. So while you're waiting for these DOTM figures to be released next week (May 16), pull up your lawn chair, crack open a tall one, and check our fantastics new galleries for them by clicking the links or pictures below.

Probably jammed it, or removed the spring.
And bring on Leadfoot Hasbro! Both the Deluxe for me, and HA for my mom!

I cheated. I used a small clear rubberband that we use for my 2 year old daughter's pigtails/ponytails. That's the fun with photography. I only have to make it look "right" for a moment or two while I take a few pics.

I hope Bay didn't try anything along the lines of stereotyping for these characters in the movie.
If at any point I wind up looking at theses guys on screen and the names Cletus, Bubba or Jim-Bob pop into my head I swear to Primus...

Thanks for the great gallery (as always.) We appreciate it!

I don't understand why Roadbuster doesn't have the same weapon-heavy battle mode. I enhanced Roadbuster's battle mode by pulling the launchers out, putting one of Topspin's small guns on each door, popping out the door/side panels, and twisting the small side window/roof bits a little to look half-transformed:
I didn't like how the little green flaps on RB's arms got in the way of his arm swivels, so I removed them (one kept popping off anyway). Overall I'm pretty happy with these guys. I would love to see "clean" alt modes for each of the 3 Wreckers, as well as the battle modes like Topspin's.
Reprolabels needs to produce a set of NASCAR-accurate stickers for these guys, including the eventual, much-hoped-for Deluxe Leadfoot. Same for their Human Alliance versions. (Hasbro take note: I'll buy at least 2 of every Leadfoot you care to make.)

You...! Don't like...! NASCAR!?
Well, I love 'em! These will be a must buy for me, especially Roadbuster and HA Soundwave!

If they are too small, I may skip them and purchase only the HA versions.

I agree with others that we need a "clean" and "dirty" version of each.
Both need much better paint apps, and they both look kind of small from the group shots.

These guys already topped my DOTM pick up list. Now, give us a Deluxe Leadfoot fraggit!

I really like both of these figures. Roadbuster overall might be one of my favorites because, for the most part, he has a fairly traditional robot mode and face/head (all things considered with the movie line). It's just, now that I know the head has those design cues, I can't help but think of the stereotypical Nascar fans that these toys are apparently mocking. Wish I didn't know this.
As for Nascar itself, no I'm not personally a big fan. I think I find Golf more interesting. If they want to make Nascar interesting to me ... make it a circle 8 track with the middle intersection either a jump or a 4 way stop with only red and green lights. None of this "yellow" caution/slow down crap. That would ensure some truly spectacular crashes every episode game event that would make this "sport" way more entertaining. I'm not trying to attack it or turn this thread into an anti-Nascar topic, it's just not my thing. Just like how Baseball and Football might not be interesting to other people. Or how Transformers aren't interesting to a lot of people on the level that we think they're interesting.

I WOULD PAY FOR THAT!!!
Anyway, when are we getting pics of deluxe Leadfoot and his pot-belly?

There hasn't been a Deluxe Leadfoot yet (that we know of anyways). HA Leadfoot is the closest we have for now.
He's rockin' the beer gut.

I added a couple of comparison pictures which you can see by clicking on the following link:
