And the weapon - where exactly does the missile go?! Poor pooch!

I don't care that Leadfoot's rotund - what, all transformers must have 8pack abs? I like variety, spice of life and whatnot (not to mention Skids and Mudflap seem leagues worse compared to Leadfoot). Anyways, I'm just sad Leadfoot isn't coming in his armoured-car mode for the human alliance series - fingers crossed for the possibility of it existing anyways.

Leadfoot doesn't look much fatter than Bulkhead. But what's with the Target logo, or rather lack thereof? Are there two versions being released?
Definitely picking this up. The pair have a lot of character (and I'm a sucker for red & black paint jobs).

I totally agree. Hasbro used quite a bit of imagination on this one! I personally think it's great - especially Steeljaw.

I believe that there are two versions coming out: one will be a Target exclusive with the logo on the hood. The others will be available elsewhere.

I wonder if it's correctly transformed, and if there's any room to move certain parts around your own way. As Middle Aged Man would say: "Yer lookin' at my GUT, aren'cha? Well I'm WORKIN' ON IT!" (Him and me both!)
Some thoughts as I go thru the pics:
Hideaway shades FTW.
Sorry Steejaw, but I'm taking your toungue out when I get my hands on you, gotta butch you up a little. He makes a much more convincing club than a cannon.
I hope those fold-away guns under the hood, which become human-handlded chest guns in robot mode, can be deployed in alt mode too- I'm sure as hell going to mod them for that. And I can totally imagine the front wheels as rotary cannons, it'd be awesome if the center section pulled out to drive that home.
Looks like great articulation, too, great poses on the linked page! Double-handed club wielding!
There's a K'NEX set of the #42 Montoya car that comes with sponsor stickers and whatnot. It's 1/29th scale, a little smaller than HA, but I think they'll work until Reprolabels comes up with something.
The more I look at those pics, the more I love!

Leadfoot really reminds me of Tralbreaker in many ways, the stubby legs, the large belly, but it is a stereo-type in many ways.
Steeljaw Stereo-Type:
A Pitbull which has a floppy tongue.
He will obviously get his kicks in on a Decepticon, stereo-typing Pitbulls into being aggressive. (Which they aren't. Their owners make them into that.)
Leadfoor Stereo-Type:
A NASCAR person with a beer-belly, stubby legs, and sunglasses that owns a pet dog which is most likely overweight as well.
Tell me this isn't a Stereo-Type of the South?
Disappointments about the overall style of the figure, I do like it and I want to get his to fight the HA Soundwave I'll be getting.

i like things with flip down visors. it annoys me that all three classes that have featured the wreckers (deluxe, ha and legion) have them in different modes from each other i.e you can't have a group of weaponised wreckers in the same class
looking forward to Topspin though...

My sentiments exactly. The armored road buster looks fierce , like something out of Mad Max. This vehicle mode is all plain-Jane. If anything, it'll make for an easier repaint/custom into something else. I'm not into the human traits the Wreckers have but I'm hoping for some good personalities to help me get on the bandwagon.

I think the dog is supposed to be a Bulldog of the squat, flat-faced, drooling variety, not a Pitbull of the man-eating variety (don't get sensitive, I'm just kidding ). And hell yes, all the wreckers are a stereotype.

Ditto! I would have preferred unarmed versions with some pop-out gun for all the three of them.
However I like Leadfoot very very much it somehow reminds me of Don Hakka (Porkos in the English Dub) from the Starzinger anime (am I the only one)? In fact apart the not-matching colors (Don Hakka was the green one) these movieverse wreckers remind me of the anime's heroic trio...

He's totally epic!
Go to the old parts drawer, if you got one, and kitbash the hell outa this guy! Just drill and drummel a few holes and glue an assload of weaponry onto his chassis!
As for deluxe roadbuster, he can easely be given a stealth force weapon mode. pop the two chest peices of the in the hood under the hood, and fold tham inward, then rest the hood on top of it. take the saw and put it on the roof. pop the doors out and fold them at an outward skirt type angle. take two of topspin's guns, and put one on each door. pop the rockets out of the back and position them against the body at just the right angle, and your all done! try it! you might just be surprised!
I'll post a pic in the future some time...

This. This, this. :'(
If what someone else said about thre being a target exclusive (with the logo) is true, I hope it's in stealth mode. *wishful thinking*

Legion Topspin
Deluxe Roadbuster
Human Alliance Leadfoot
However, I really like Leadfoot. His alt-mode is very realistic (although it's the wrong type of NASCAR body for the car he represents), and his robot mode looks very detailed. I'm definitely buying both him and HA Roadbuster. Still hoping for an armed mode deluxe.

Okay first off...He's not "Epic". If he's so epic then can you explain the huge back-kibble and the simple looking alt mode?
Secondly...They are not whining. They are simply pointing out the cons of this guy in their own opinions.
Third...Not everyone have the ability to kitbash. So dont go around and say "Just kitbash the hell outa of this guy!" when you yourself know not many people have the talent to do that -.-....
Lastly..."Glue an assload of weaponry"!? WTF? You think many people just somehow have many mini plastic weapons already there? Seriously dude please be more logical...
There. Feel free to counter my comment. But dont expect me to reply or care.

Exactly! It looks more and more, especially after seeing HA Roadbuster and now this, that I will be sticking to the Deluxes for my Wreckers. Love the proportions, transformations, colours. I hope they do a Deluxe Leadfoot.

HA Roadbuster = win
HA Leadfoot =
HA Topspin = ?
HA Soundwave = A MUST HAVE!!!

Stockade wrote:Well Leadfoot looks better in these pics than before, but still unsure about him, i still feel he is mistransformed some how. HA Roadbuster is a sure win compared to Leadfoot, but we all know there's 3 movie Wreckers and we cant have any one of them going solo on the desk or sitting on the shelf with the rest of our collection. Now on to Steeljaw, i dont like the look of him, he should have been more fierce looking not cartoony if you will and is everyone forgetting that Steeljaw was a Lion not a bulldog from the Tom and Jerry cartoon show! I mean if the almighty Michael F'in Bay came come up with Ravage as as robotic Panther, im sure the same can be done with Steeljaw. Overall, HA Leadfoot looks ok and i cant stand the DOTM deluxes there smaller than their counterparts and not worth the money in my opinion, so this HA version will have to do, but still could change my mind about him.
HA Roadbuster = win
HA Leadfoot =
HA Topspin = ?
HA Soundwave = A MUST HAVE!!!
Then after HA Soundwave have HA Optimus with Peter Cullen alt mode and either Bay or Spielberg as the human in the set. And as a gimik Cullen's moustache can flip out when in robot mode. This would be way better than this POS Leadfoot...'nuff said!

I really like the pic of Leadfoot and Steeljaw standing beside him on the chain. The two figures together make the figure complete and very tempting to buy. If even just to get Steeljaw. SJ is the more appealing to me of the two.

Agreed.
With all that aside though, the figure is quite unique and done pretty well so that alone makes him worthy of some respect.
