Just in case anyone cares, I was just at Westland Meijer and they had the series 5 Legends. I picked up Trypticon and Fireflight 'cause they looked fairly decent (and because they only had one Trypticon left). I passed on Leo Prime and Perceptor. I'll probably pick them up the next time I'm there and bored. Overall, they're not too bad. Pretty much what you'd expect out of a $3.99 figure.

We got the Soundwave re-issue tonight at the TRU in Saginaw!

That set is so tempting. If only to have a brand new Ravage but I already have five Soundwaves as it is.

Got any broken ones that I could get the tape door from? I really want to see if I can change the one on this one because I don't like it sticking out so far... lol

I think the only broken one I have has a cracked tape door, actually. I'll have to check on that and get back to you, though.

I care, thanks for the tip, I picked up Perceptor and Powerglide (Fireflight.) I had Prime in my hand for a few minutes before passing, there is something about that mould I don't really like. All probably pick him up eventually, but I'm in no hurry. I don't see all the fuss about leobreaker except for the combining w/ Prime. Anyway, 4 Leo's and 2 Perceptors remain.

Hi all. Both the Dearborn and Allen Park Targets have the Magus/Skywarp endcaps up, there was at least 10 at each store. They are located a couple of eisle down from the main action fig eisle. This probably means that the DB Hts Target has them out as well.

Still no sign of the new Sig 6 Commandos...please let me know if you see them, anyone!

I've never used the google checkout before.. it looks like they go through the whole process for your order status and tracking.. anyone know if they actually do that though? I hate waiting, so I always track packages. can you do this through google check out?

they should have emailed a confirmation to your gmail account. you need to open the mail from toyrus which says that they have shipped your order. in that email will be UPS tracking information.

thanks, noob. I haven't gotten an email form TRU yet, so it must not have shipped yet. Hopefully I don't need a gmail account to get the email, cos I don't have one. it should go to my .mac account. all the other emails did.

woohoo, my soundwave is shipping...

and I got my new bluetooth headset for my phone today too. the wired on that came with the phone, accidentally got dragged around outside the car for about 60 miles. sometimes going 80-85 mph. it was pretty much worn away.. woops

i think the local TRU had the new sigma six commando figures last night. what wave is this group of figures? i did pick up a classics ramjet. awesome figure. i wanta dirge and thrust now. and where are the classics LOC and the ML showdown figures? i need more 3in ML figures!

Went to Westland and Livonia TRU, nothing new of note.

well, I got my soundwave about an hour ago.. he's so cool. I haven't played with a soundwave in probably 20 years. Luckily, there is the really big pop up picture of him so I could see where his stickers go. there were no directions for stickers on the instructions. ravage and laserbeak are also really cool. laserbeak is a littl funky.. on of his legs doesn't go all the way down, so he's a little crooked. but overall, a super figure!

Mine is scheduled for delivery today, should be here in a few hours.

I went to 3 WalMarts around Lansing last night (Okemos, Charlotte and W. Saginaw) and the same deal at all 3 maybe 3-4 deluxe classics, nothing new.

W. Saginaw has had almost nothing on the shelf for well over a week now. I wonder when they will re-stock, sheesh.

My classics wave 2 minicons sets, and wave 2 LOC are delivered today, as well as my Roadbot Lamboghini and Revoltechs...

those are going fast. no classic deluxes at all which means that the wave 3 guys (ramjet and uncle cliffy) should appear soon there.

Yay! 2nd Soundwave showed up a few minutes ago. *RIPS OPEN PACKAGE*

The new wave 2 minicons are sweet! I like them much better than the first wave. Some great new transformation ideas, and cool modes for almost all of them in both modes... I think the clear skies team may be the best set yet, but the dirt diggers, and predator team are really cool too.

I like my revoltech Prime and Magnus, but I could NOT pull out the fist to put in the gun hand. I was using all the force I could without thinking that I would break them... other wise nice figures, although the blue on Prime is a bit purple looking and they have really thick necks.

For those of you not sure whether you should get Roadbots or not, I say at least try one. I got my Lamborghini yesterday, and let me tell you I had misgivings before buying them that they would be weak, chinsy (SP), and bad. However when I opened it up and transformed it, it was so solid feeling, truly unlike alternators, I felt like I could manipulate it and things would not just pop off. And of course the Lamborghini alt, even in green, looks magnificent, has light and sound effects, and is super solid. I may invest in more Roadbots, we'll see, but the 1:18 scale Lamborghini is well worth it, in my opinion.

The LOC wave 2 are very cool! Whirl is awesome, but they all are. Jetfire is great... Menasor and Bumblebee are a bit ho hum, but nice repaints.

And I surprisingly, got my Commemorative Soundwaves (now that was FAST shipping--two days!!!) too. He looks sweet, but I am not sure if I am going to open mine or not. I have Takaras reissue, the Soundblaster re-issue, and the original Soundwave. Maybe I can convince Laura to open hers so I can mess with that one...

too busy the past couple of days. you're a little outside the regular delivery area since they've hit AA they should already be in the back rooms of your targets just waiting to be put out.

Toy hunt report!

Toys r Us at 7mile & Middlebelt had 6 Commemorative Soundwaves.
Westland Toys r Us had a pile of Classics Jetfire.
Westland Target had the series 2 Classics Mini-cons.
I found Minga at Haggerty & Ann Arbor Road K-Mart. I would have picked up many but they only had one. I didn't know Minga was from Kalamazoo. That's hilarious.
