Why aren't the movies more family friendly?

Been trying to watch back through the film's, but allowing my 11 and 7 year olds to watch as well.
Not only are there scenes showing a very skimpy Megan Fox, but also a scene where a female deception tries it on with Sam. Language galor throughout as well. Scenes that I don't think are very acceptable for people who should be the ones buying the toys and other merchandise.
I know it's each to their own if their kids watch or not, but I just feel they should be more child friendly based on their market. Are they no longer targeting a younger audience?
