Nexus is my favorite, so I really hope he comes out good!

A proper loki-esque Liege would be awesome.

I think I'd like an aligned style Megatronus, I'm not a big fan of the dreamwave one, movie already did theirs, and I wasn't a big fan of RiD2015 or Prime Wars either.

Solus had better have her big hammer.

As for the rest, I like the lineup, especially with a 2nd Rescuebot, halfway through the OG cast!

If I am being honest though, I hate that they are starting to go through the G1 combiners again. I'd really like to see RiD2015 or Energon combiners or even FOC Bruticus get the treatment first before we re-tread.

I don't see the point. Menasor had to be redone because the animation design took so many liberties with the toy look that anything else looked off, CW Motormaster was a hot mess too. Superion was the first but it also looked the best. Yes, the ratchet joints needed work, leading to the combiner lean over time, but it looked like the show.

Yeah, in some ways I am feeling old...
In 2026 I'll turn 50.
That is going to be my last year to collect any TF figures.
Although I thought they'd happen in 2026 as part of the anniversary, I'm very glad and thankful that I'll be getting the new Devastator, and most likely the new Megatron.

I will be almost shocked if the new combiners aren't even more screen accurate the those from CW. Like I said before, I don't think ones like Superion and Bruticus are neccesary. I just looked and next year it will have been 10 years since both of these were released in CW.
I think it would have made more sense to release these two in 2027... After what I thought would be a year (2026) to reignite some interest in G1 characters due to the movie anniversary, the next '27 could have kept that going...

This is part of why I think slumping sales from Legacy have Hastak suddenly throwing out so much G1 stuff next year rather than continuing to branch-out at the rate we've seen in the last couple years.
As tired as so many are of G1, it still sells.

No one will be able to convince me that a figure like Detritus is going to sell better than Hound.
Or that Strongarm is going to sell better than Gears.
I totally understand that some of the hype for Cosmos was at least partly due to that figure's scarcity... But there was so much talk about it because people actually did want him. And maybe he's a more popular Autobot than I've ever given him credit for. But clearly there was a whole, whole lot of demand, and the lack of supply is why Hastak is releasing him to the masses next year.
I mean, I love Jhiaxus as a figure for multiple reasons. And yet, right now on Amazon he's $19.90, and has been down around $20-ish for months.
Assuming the bot mode is really good, no one will convince me that SS86 Megatron is going be out-sold by Armada Megatron.
I've read nothing but really great reviews for Armada Prime. And yet, in the grand scheme, I would doubt that figure will out-sell SS86 CC Prime, relatively speaking.

I'm sure the leadership of the TF team does have some pull, but at the end of the day, what is seen and proven to bring in profits is going to rule. And no, I'm not surprised there are characters from other series in the 2025 mix... There should be, and obviously those have been planned for '25. I'm just thinking there was even more planned from other series, but Hastak has to re-build some financial momentum first.

^ Oh, that's easy, it's to commemorate 20 years since The Desepticons attacked Autobot City and many Autobots lost their lives including Optimus Prime. Devastator in particular soundly defeated many Autobots including the Dinobots.

JTPrime17 gave a wave breakdown of the non exclusive generations lines coming out next year. The year will start with a 5th wave of Legacy United, which includes rereleases of Cosmos and toys we thought were cancelled, like Sureshot. Here is the wave breakdown for deluxes, voyagers and leaders. Please note that this is never final, as we saw this year.

Deluxe Slingshot
Deluxe Air Raid
Deluxe Solus Prime

Leader The Fallen

Primes Wave 2: July 2025

No Optimus? No Bumblebee? What ever will clog shelves? And I just saw 3 leader class Fallens at a Walmart. I'm hoping for a new mold, not a reissue

...

...Swindle? Wonder if that's going to be Animated version...

Glad to see Armada Red Alert in there, though I think we were all expecting that.

I wonder if The Fallen will be the old IDW version. Would be nice to have a proper nonTitanium version of that.

A NEW RiD SkyByte? Hmmmm.

I'd wager Alpha Trion is going to be a minor retool of SS86 Scourge again.

It's basically, squint test, one of the first 3 live-action movie Megatrons.

Hallucinate it better than the last Menasor, please.

I think the general belief is that between the next two lines, we're going to get Superion and Bruticus because of Nexus Prime whose limbs are based on Airealbot and Combaticon molds.

Oh the irony. I just paid a stupid amount of money for cloud brawn to turn into Alchemist Prime and complete my 13 primes shelf.
Although I do need a better Quintus/Quintessa Prime. The one I have is a random Chinese squid transformer.

Probably more Earthspark. Every single store in my area has crowded out SS and Legacy with their excess of Earthspark shelfwarmers. Even the ROTB toys are getting crowded out. It's the exact same shtuff every day for the last 4 months.

Just more Earthspark shelfwarmers in general, not specifically the Fallen.
