Possibly in December when he is released.

Target doesn't track regular release figures by their UPC codes, rather they track them by the general DCPI code which is for the size class. So they don't know how many Arcee's are in your store, but they do know how many WFC Earthrise Deluxe figures they have.

The exception would be store exclusives like Thrust, since they get their own DCPI code. I'm not familiar with Popfinder, but have used Brickseek myself. SS Leadfoot had his own DCPI code and didn't show up at my store as in stock until Leadfoot's release date on Sept. 1st, when I found him right away.

Thrust would likely be the same way if your local store is strict about release dates. He should have his own shelf tag pop up shortly before his release date.
