I'm diggin' that Wheeljack.
Anxious to get a look at the others we haven't seen photos of yet.
Especially Sunstreaker and Hound (to see the actual, final version).

I also think these comic-themed figures look great.
I won't get either, but I definitely see the appeal.
That Grimlock looks incredibly cool.

I hate those giant painted windows. Meanwhile the rest of the car looks naked. Oh well, at least now I will have a donor Wheeljack for the other half of the Reprolabels set for wheeljack and smokescreen

I'm happy to see that Wheeljack comes with a blaster. Hopefully, this means Sunstreaker will come with one too. We're encouraging people to buy the stolen figures off eBay now?

Looking at the comic-deco Grimlock and Shockwave - the attempt at comic book 'shading' just isn't doing it for me. Those are meant to be lines which represent the falling of light and shadow, to depict metallic glossiness and reflections. And static black ink lines just can't do that. Using paint applications to merely simulate the creation of shading, which would normally be the natural result of an external light source, it just seems gauche to me...

That Wheeljack is ugly as sin. It is painful to see.

Shockwave is KING and will be mine.

As for Grimlock, he look great but will be an easy pass from me.

Well, The last use of that blaster was for Medix and they also gave him the other blaster from Elita-1 too, so I'd say there is a reasonable chance Sunstreaker gets the other one since they would be on the same mold.

There’s no great place to post this thought, but I wish Hastak had a better, more scheduled set of announcements/reveals for the year.
I understand things in terms of production can be thrown off for multiple reasons.
And sure, surprises can sometimes be nice or “fun”, but I know the vast majority of collectors who try and stay on the pulse would really appreciate officially knowing what’s being released during the year.
Think about how much we randomly get from leakers. Which is fine.
And sure, Hastak may not care and can even claim there are advantages to unofficial news.
I just don’t get why or how it would be a negative to publicize which figures are being released, through which retailers, accompanied by photos or even official renders. And they obvsly know the release schedule…. It’s not requiring anyone do a bunch of legwork.
No, I’m not sitting here pissed or upset; more just thinking “out loud”. Not to mention, thinking about the TF budget for the year and wishing it wasn’t quite so up in the air.

Shockwave is just awesome. I need the new version of the ray gun though. I'll buy this cause he's my favorite. That transformers comic when he resurrected and destroyed the automotive and decepticons Will forever be a classic and had Optimus primes head on probes lol.

Trailbreaker looks best of the bunch. also looks like they have borrowed yellow matching skills from Takara Tomy Yay!

the lack of cthru plastic on all of these just highlights how bad these look compared to car bots of the yester year. with only 3 deluxes I'd be wanting out the set I would have to wait for sales on this. That or pick up ss86 jazz and try finding hound and sunstreaker seperately.

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the page for this pack on Pulse? Either I’ve done something wrong or they’ve taken it down because someone gooded?

Generations Selects Autobots Stand United 5 pack Officially Revealed

by Bounti76
We've seen leaks, we've seen rumors, but now we finally have an official reveal (and preorders available!) For the *take a deep breath* Transformers Generations Selects Legacy United Autobots Stand United 5-pack!

This set will be released in the Generations Selects line, meaning that preorders should be available at all the usual online retailers. It consists of five Deluxe figures, all in cartoon decos, and in the case of four of them, no longer including translucent plastic, which should help durability. All five figures are of previously released molds. The five figures are Wheeljack, Sunstreaker, and Trailbreaker, first released in the Earthrise line on 2020; Jazz, released in Studio Series 86 in 2020; and the long rumored and anticipated Hound, in his Earth mode, first released as Detritus in Legacy Evolution in 2023.

This set is scheduled to start shipping in July, with a retail cost around $110 USD, which works out to a cost of $22 USD per figure, less than the current retail cost of a Deluxe. Photos are below.

Let us know what you think of this new set. Did you miss out on Trailbreaker and Sunstreaker when they were first released? Picking it up to finally get a modern Earth-mode Hound in your collection? Sound off in the forums!

Man, Elita One's guns are really being used well. First her, then Medix, now for Wheeljack and Sunstreaker.

Not really, its just that the entire car is now cast in the same yellow plastic, and they don't ned to paint translucent plastic in yellow, which is what causes the mismatched tones of Yellow in the original release.

All in all, the set looks fairly nice.
Wonder if it will be available outside of Hasbro Pulse in any way for those outside the countries served by it.

It isn't a Pulse exclusive. It's on BBTS, EE, and TFSource right now, too.

Stuff like this irritates me. We’ve waited for a proper Earthmode Hound for years and at first chance, they waste it on a peg warmer named Detrius. Now we have to rebuy four other characters many of us already have, or by some miracle, wait for a SS86 release in order to get him.

Why these aren’t two-packs, I don’t know. I just can’t justify paying for a set just to get one character mold I don’t have and four I already have.
