finding a decepticon, when memory fails

I remember that in 2008 I really liked the design because it was similar to a G1 Comics decepticon that turned into a cybertronian helicopter.
I thought that decepticon helicopter was a decepticon leader in the line of Trannis, Thunderwing and Bludgeon... but apparently I am mistaking.
I have the hardest time figuring out who the character was that I though this toy looked like.
Does any of you have any suggestions which character I might be thinking about?
