Eh to be fair, they probably just forgot that Tigerhawk is happening. I forgot about it myself, but I think it will probably be the case

Exactly this. I don't tend to remember that stuff is happening until it gets "officially" revealed. There have been rumorleaks in recent memory that didn't happen, like the Turbomaster repaints of the Stunticons.

Just remember- everyone swore that Strong Arm was going to be remolded from WFC Hound--- but Elita One mold took the role!
