How exactly does the Nemesis ship land with that giant fin? We have no idea but attempt to have another happy landing with episode 322 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast. Host Scotty P is joined by Kuhlio and Aaarnhide19 to talk all about the latest toy reveals from Fan First Tuesday drawing more from Armada, new characters, as well as some old favorites. Sightings of the brand new mainline Rise of the Beasts movie toys have the crew wanting to forget all that, so they put on the nostalgia glasses and continue with another installment of the Classics Retrospective.

Episode #322 “I Saw Two Ships” is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher Radio and many other Podcatcher sites within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.

The Powermaster Optimus Prime looks interesting. Seems top heavy and unstable. Wondering what is the release and price point?

The PM Prime is a super fun one! I have more copies of it than I would care to confess to!

If anyone was interested in the Proto Brainstorm we touch on, I made a post on it after the podcast!

Lol, I was surprised to find out that T30 chromia isn't still available on BBTS, but T30 arcee is still in stock. It took forever to get rid of the scoop/nightbeat wave at massive discount.

Hasbro giving up on the main characters at the legends class was the impetus to get into newage and I'm never going back. I'll buy core class if they're for smaller figures like wheelie or rumble but I'm only getting larger bots in core scale if my kids ask for them.

I have slipped back into a more completist collection habit, however that was what happened to my choices. During the "legends" classics, I loved getting the mini-bots- picking Gears, Swerve, and Cosmos immediately. However I stated to skip the seekers and other bigger bots entering the "legends" class

It's only unstable once you combine it with Godbomber :( As for price, it was pretty standard for Takara releases of the time. HLJ pages stick around even once the product's long gone out of stock, so for the separate listings here's Ginrai and here's Godbomber. There's also a boxed set of the two that was TT Mall exclusive, it added some chrome plus Minerva and Cab Titan Masters. I think it went around $165-$210 depending on the importer when first released.

I really miss Takara's stuff being almost all redecoes of what we get here.
