There is a really comical moment where cartoon rumble falls in Megatron who then falls as well. Which episode was that in?

Desertion Of The Dinobots Part 1? The Transformers are all malfunctioning due to a lack of Cybertonium, and Rumble starts attacking Megatron uncontrollably. Megatron becomes unable to speak, and Starscream uses this to declare himself leader before immediately crashing.

I'll check it out. I know it was the first sort of a 2 parter so this could be the one.
