Any one else collect any type of 1/6th scale (12 inch) figures? This is the thread to discuss all 1/6th scale figures regardless of manufacture or content.

Personally I like to collect Sideshow Collectibles 1/6th Star Wars and G.I.Joe figures as well as various Hot Toys figures that peak my fancy. In 2008 I started to cut back on Transformers to try and save some money. The first 1/6th scale figure I got was a Medicom Star Wars Shocktrooper that I saw at my local comic shop. I started to do some looking up online and discovered Sideshow and Hot Toys and little did I know I traded a expensive collecting habit for a even more expensive one. So much for saving money! :P

I have over 40 of the Sideshow Star Wars figures, all of the Sideshow G.I.Joes and various different Hot Toy Movie Masterpiece figures from Predator, Terminator, Marvel and some other Misc stuff. I can post some pictures of my displays.

Hey, long time no see ACS! Wicked that you have so many of these figures haha, must have put a huge dent in your wallet!

I'm waiting on a pre-order for Hot Toys Batman.

Contemplating on buying Black Widow.

The store I have in my local mall.. well happens to be the biggest mall in North America, has the Hot Toys figures for sale. Been wanting to pick up an Iron Man for ages. Maybe MKVI.

Yea it's been a long time, but it feel good to be back Blurrz ;) .

Yea I Love these figures, but there are times I look at them and think "holy crap that's a lot of money". Then again I do the same at all of the Transformers I have too.

Which Hot Toys Batman do you have on preorder? Is it the new Convention exclusive one?

I have the DX-02 Dark Knight version. It is unfortunately the only Hot Toys figure that I regret. The sculpt is amazing and it has great detail, but the rubber body suit they used is too stiff and the under body is too loose, so it can't hold a pose too well.

I do have the Battle Damaged Iron Man Mark III and the thing is pretty amazing! I also have War Machine and that takes the cake.
