I was under the impression there were 20 mini-bots total including 'Bumblejumper' who is very rare and expensive.

Yet I have a total of 20 different bots, not including Bumblejumper and no repeats.

Even looking at this list, I can't find which one is the 'extra' one

You've got a duplicate Windcharger for starters.
