Well, it's been a damn long time since I posted anything here. Life has gotten real **** intense, and y'all know exactly what I mean. I just haven't felt like spending that much time thinking about or playing with toys. But it feels like some of the pressure is lifting.

HOLY HAND GRENADES!!!!! This beast is amazing! By far the coolest robot toy I've purchased in a long while. I was kind of in a toy slump mentally and emotionally thanks to all the current events, but this guy brought me right out of it.

Sky Lynx looks magnificent! From what I've seen, he appears to be the standout figure of the line so far. Mine is supposed to be coming in tomorrow if BBTS tracking is to be believed. Conveniently, tomorrow also happens to be my birthday, so I'm hoping that pans out.

Thanks! It certainly wasn’t the best birthday ever, what with coronavirus still a thing, but it was still pretty good.

Yep! I’m really surprised he came that early. I had originally hit the ship button on the 20th, but he didn’t actually ship until the 27th. Weird thing is, I was using the 7-10 day shipping option, but he only took 2 days to get here. That’s gotta be a new record.

As for Sky Lynx himself, he’s great. Easily my favorite Earthrise figure so far.

You know N, when BBTS finally gets off their duff and puts a thing in the mail, it usually moves pretty quick. It's just the sloths that work in the warehouse that take forever. Glad you like Sky Lynx. Glad you had a good birthday! I'm kind of guessing how old you are now, but maybe that's weird to discuss on the interweb. But by my calculations, you should at least be driving by now.

Yeah, they’ve always been pretty quick to ship, but it’s never taken them that short (usually, it takes about 3-5 days for them to ship to where I live), so that’s why I was surprised. And while the long warehouse times are annoying, they’re still my favorite online retailer.

I just wish that their ETAs were a bit more accurate, though. It’s always disappointing to see something have a July ETA for two months and then switch to August on July 30th.
