I have some random additions and or updates to the collection.

The first two shots are of my Space Bridge diorama; showing off the lights I glued on the inside of it and just a shot of my room as you are coming in.

I had been working on adding the light blue version of G1 Optimus Prime to my G1 collection. At this point i was able to find another Optimus Prime (truck) to go with it. The harder part will be trying to find a light blue Roller, . My next want will be finding a pre rub trailer to replicate the Diaclone trailer. I already have stickers i found on line. Looking forward to that.

Something from Super7. When i saw we could be getting the G1 Prototype Unicron that was one i wanted. This is my only Super7 figure but definitely glad to have Unicron hanging out on the wall in my room.

From the Toyhax realm. For anyone that could tell on the Space Bridge diorama, Jhiaxus got some stickers. That sticker set definitely made the cockpit area much better. The other two to highlight was for Legacy Override and Siege Sideswipe. For Override the sticker does give her a better look and with the Cyber Key upgrade, she looks even better and more like her original version. Now with Siege Sideswipe, the sticker set allows you to convert him to G2 Optimus Prime (go-bots) version. Along with the stickers you do get the blue axe, I purchased the gun later to compete the look.

Finally, not pictured but will be adding photos later this week. For my G2 collection, I can say i now have all three variations of Grimlock; buying the turquoise one. Definitely looking forward to taking photos of all three together. The 2nd addition is the Auto Roller Roadblock. To complete my G2 collection i am down to the silver variant of Snarl and the other Auto Roller Dirtbag.

The only noticeable differences for the toyhax were the G2 Optimus conversion set. Do they have one for the KO voyager upscaled siege Sideswipe?

In regards to the KO Sideswipe i didn’t see anything. They do have a lot stuff for 3rd Party releases but nothing for KOs so to speak.

Not gonna lie, that G2 Go-Bots Prime is a tempting conversion now

@D-Max, when i saw that, i was like, have to try this. They do list an option, if you had a spare Deep Cover, you can use his head and hands rather than using the stickers provided. I am still considering buying the Wreck ‘N’ rule Bulkhead and turning him into General Optimus Prime, another decent conversion.

@RPU1, it is a shame they don't make a set for that Sideswipe. It would have been really cool to have a larger size G2 OP (go-bots).

I saw the stickers for General Optimus, they aren't bad, but wow you need a lot of time and effort, there are a number of tiny stickers. I personally like that Bulkhead more as movie Hound.

On the General Optimus note, I like the Botcon one a lot. the light piping screams G2 on him.

A couple additions to the collection. For my Alternators line I finally pulled the trigger and bought Jaguar version of Ravage. This one has been on my wish list for quite some time so it’s great to finally have him.

For my RID 2001 line, i finally found the gun for Scourge. When I originally bought him several year ago the only thing missing was his sword and gun, the trailer accessories was there. I remember how hard it was just to find the sword and now i can say he is 100% complete. Secondly i bought Slapper. He is definitely interesting in robot mode but he will be displayed in his toad looking mode. I had already bought Gas Skunk, so i thought i would at least attempt to complete the trio; leaving Dark Scream to buy. I figure this would give Sky-Byte a couple more companions along with Megatron and Galvatron.

Congrats on completing scourge, I need to get that mold in some capacity, it looks so rad.

I kinda want that Jaguar Ravage, he would go good with my Rumble. I don't really collect alternators, I only have 2 in fact, but I would get Ravage to pair up.

That mold of Scourge is a good one. I am fortunate to have the G2 Laser OP and the e-Hobby Laser Ultra Magnus as well.

Rumble and Ravage would definitely look good together.

Laser Prime is the version I really want, He, Megatron, and the 2 Hero molds of those 2 are pretty high on the wanted list

I decided to start my next diorama project that is for my Alternator line shelf. The idea is to have a double level type parking garage. In the photos you can see how the ground floor started out to its current look. While i still need to add some pieces to the back wall and other details, the ground floor is coming along nicely.

Is that your entire alternator collection? And do you keep them in alt mode only for display?

It is a good group no i actually have 8 others (see photo), actually 9 including the Jaguar Ravage i just got. The 8 in the picture i included will be on the top section. Yes, they will remain in car mode for this diorama.

i think outside of Rumble and Rodimus, the only other 2 Alternators I sorta want are that kitty Ravage and Rollbar

I honestly wouldn’t mind either Rollbar or Swindle.

that jeep mold looks pretty good, I would not mind trying it out with someone like Rollbar, where I don't have a toy of that character

I agree and cool part with Rollbar and Swindle they have the chrome brush guard accessory, whereas Hound is the more traditional looking jeep. In addition, the two mentioned also have chrome wheels which obviously makes them stand out but cool looking.

So, I still need to fix my gmail, and haven't checked on you in a while. I still think it's odd how Ravage got his own figure in the alternators line. Must be the largest Ravage figure we ever got! Sky-byte is always cool, and the other RID repaints are there as well I see. Who's the baddest shark around? A parking garage is definitely the best choice for an alternators display, the vehicles were their better (actually very good) modes. It's also great how you are adding details to stop the garage from looking plain and stale. In a major coincidence, I was meaning to ask you about some of the alternators, and here you happen to post about them. I know he is not the best mold of them all (far from it), but how is the Mirage/Rodimus mold? I know he is missing his iconic spoiler and arm mounted exhaust pipes, but other than that, how is he?

@ RPU1 , Hey it’s all good. Actually Ravage got two version in the Alternator line but that one definitely makes a statement.

Appreciate the comments on the garage, it definitely has been different and fun to do. It will take some time to build for sure. It’s not like my other scenes i have made, this one i have to approach differently.

For your question about Mirage/Rodimus, i love the mold. I grew up around old Ford cars, mainly Mustangs but i love the GT 40 car and to pair that with Mirage, awesome. Talking about the robot mode, I personally don't have any issues and again, i think both are good. What sold me on them was the car modes by themselves.

In regards to the RotB reveals, i have to say while its good we getting all these reveals it will be a line i will not be buying. I am just not that interested in them. Personally after the DOTM movie, the movie toy lines have suffered. I have all the main line characters from the 07 movie to TLK. I humor myself on why i hang onto my AOE and TLK characters. Back to RoTB, i guess i have tuned that line out. They mention about Predacons when talking about the movie, so will we actually have any in the movie, i hope so.

I like the non studio series Airazor though, she looks very good. Why did they have to change her if they had it nailed?

That Alternators Rodimus mold is really fun, I like the door wings as a pseudo set of spoiler wings. And the alt mode rocks. I like him as a transformer and as a Rodimus.

I have been slowly working on this parking garage scene. Today I finished up adding details to the lower wall for the right side. The metal railing piece is close to where i want it. A couple of days ago i did the details for the upper level and side wall. Now it’s time to get the left side cut for the upper level and begin to cut out details in that section and the lower left wall.

Something i will also be adding is 3 inch figures that are in scale with the Alternator vehicles. So far i have received three in the mail with more on the way to include some other things for the parking garage. In the picture i have one sitting on the trunk lid of Grimlock and one in the driver’s seat of Decepticharge.

Looking good my friend!

My latest on the parking garage. I have added more carving details to the lower walls on both sides and completed the upper wall/ledge on the right side. In addition, I was able to complete the far left upper wall/ledge and work on the tower pieces. It’s coming along nicely, still plenty more to do.
