Got Netflix Megatron and the Seeker two pack recently. All great figures, though I'm still bugged about Skywarp's screaming face.

Pretty good figure. My first (and probably only, unless they make a Magnus out of it) version of the ER Prime mold, and it's definitely better than the Siege one. Still content with my Siege Prime, which is why I got this dead one instead. Not sure whether I'll display him dead, or if I'll just use him as a camo/stealth prime (like a full G1 Evasion mode Prime).

Here's a picture of him with some of my other recent purchases:

He's definitely my favorite Earthrise figure so far. Then again, I've only got four (two of which are the same mold), so it's not that hard.

I have a feeling he'll lose that spot once Sky Lynx comes in next week.

Cliffjumper is my favorite so far. Doubledealer is a very strong contender though, he's really good. And this prime isn't bad. Siege Prime is still my favorite, but this is cool. Glad i got the exclusive though, it's pretty sweet.

I've heard good things about Doubledealer, but all of the pictures of him I've seen make him look really bloated. Maybe I just haven't seen good pictures.

They both have their merits. I like how this one doesn't have the backpack, arm kibble, or battle damage, but I don't like how the door windows don't sit flush with the chest grill like the Siege one's. However, I think the main thing that puts Dead Prime above Siege Prime for me is the Matrix. I've never actually had a physical Matrix before, so it's nice to finally have one.

So, today is my birthday, and my original plans got messed up because my family and I were recently in contact with someone who might have coronavirus. Still, it wasn't all bad, as I got to spend some time with my family, and I got these two :BOT: s today:

Wheeljack is nice. Certainly not the best of the line, but still pretty good. Sadly, mine has a slight error where one of the joints in his hip was installed backwards. It doesn't affect the functionality of the figure that much, but it's still kind of annoying.

On the flipside, Sky Lynx is amazing, and one of my favorites of the year. Aside from a few loose joints, I can't find anything wrong with him. I love how they not only managed to get the NASA license for him, but also named his shuttle mode the Magnificence. The Combiner Wars one is great (and I still display him proudly combined with Hound, Trailbreaker, Smokscreen, and Mirage), but the Earthrise one completely blows it out of the water. Here's a few more pictures of him, one with my cat Luke, and one with my other favorite figures of the WFC Trilogy (and Minerva):

Happy Birthday! Our birthdays are almost exactly opposite one another haha.

Nice figures! I like Jackey, he's pretty solid, just sort of uneventful. And nice Lynx! I'm eager to score one myself

I think I’d like Wheeljack a bit more if his chest was a bit less square. It makes him look a lot more chunky than he should be.

As for Sky Lynx, he’s still available for pre-order on BBTS if you haven’t pre-ordered him anywhere else yet.

I agree, Jackie is a bit too chunky for my liking.

I have him on preorder, he's secure!

Rotorstorm is awesome. Spinister was already one of my favorite WFC Deluxes (probably second to Sixgun), and Rotorstorm is even better. The Battlemasters are great too. I didn't know who I was gonna pair Slitherfang with, but I think he looks good enough with Spinister that I'll keep him there (and it's not like I'm ever going to find Singe anyway, so I might as well give Spinister another Battlemaster to replace him). Rung will probably be displayed by himself.

I also got another figure today, but she gets her own post later.

Before I get into it, I'll quickly list my only gripes with this figure:
1. The doors don't tab in very well to the backs of her legs. A small piece of a glue dot holds them in place well enough, though.
2. Small Minerva is really hard to get out of the Headmaster socket. Apparently, a lot of people have had Small Minerva's head pop off and get stuck in the socket. There's a particular way to get it out that works well, but it shouldn't be that hard.
3. Stickers. Not really a gripe with Minerva herself, but I despise stickers. They were easy enough to put on with a pair of tweezers, but I still wish they could have been tampos.

All that aside, this figure is awesome. Bot mode is great, and has virtually no kibble aside from the backpack (I don't count the shoulder bits as kibble since they're part of the look), which is removable. Transformation is a bit of a pain the first time around, but gets easier as you do it. Her Headmaster figure is fun, and has a lot more articulation that the Titans Return ones. She's supposed to be able to sit in the car mode, but I haven't figured out how to fit her in yet.

Here she is with my other Masterpieces (mostly Magnus):

Minerva is the first part of a long term plan (will probably take a few years) to get Masterpieces of my 5 favorite Transformers from each faction. Thankfully, I already had definitive versions of Shockwave, Nitro Zeus, Sunstorm, and Ultra Magnus before I decided to do this. Now, I need to buy Masterpieces or 3rd part equivalents of Air Raid, Soundwave (currently have the TR Leader as a stand in), Jazz, Grimlock (technically, I have a Masterpiece Grimlock, but I want one that's more in scale), and Astrotrain. Any suggestions for which versions I should get of these remaining characters?

Very nice stuff!

I am eager to get Rotorstorm, he's destine for my Wreckers shelf.

I still need Slitherfang. I might want multiples to make a longer snake.

Nice Athena! I have one in my stack, awaiting other figures to ship. Probably won't ship till around the holidays, but I wanted her to go with Artfire. I think they will make a great rescue pair!

Good long term plan too, good to have goals!

Just make sure he isn't too close to Overlord.

5-10 Slitherfangs combined actually look really good from what I've seen. Maybe I'll grab a few more at some point and try it for myself.

She's definitely worth the $60. Only thing she's missing is a :BOT: (for obvious reasons), so I might have to make a Reprolabels account to get one for her.

One thing I will mention is that you have to take her backpack off to transform her. I personally don't mind it at all, but I know others might not feel the same way.

Good long term plan too, good to have goals!
It's definitely gonna take a while, what with me trying to save up for a PS5 too. Might try to grab Air Raid and Soundwave first. Air Raid (probably Fans Toys Iceman) since Takara'll never do him, and Soundwave since he's already got a perfect MP. Don't know who I'll target after them.

Wait, you have to take the backpack off to transform her? wow, that's a bit of a shock honestly. I don't mind too much, but I didn't expect partsforming on her

Yeah. It's not designed to move at all, so you just pull it off, transform it a bit, and put it back on once you finish transforming the rest of her. In theory, it might be possible to transform her with it still on, but it would just make the process a lot more difficult.

I wouldn't consider myself a fan of partsforming, but better this than having to remove limbs or other robot parts (Headmaster doesn't count, obviously). Plus, I prefer her without the backpack, so I'm glad you can take it off.

Been waiting for this guy since Bumblebee came out. It was my favorite movie so far, and Blitzwing is probably my favorite robot design in all of the movies. The figure definitely does the design justice. Only problem is that it doesn't turn into a real F-4 Phantom, but since I'm more of a robot mode guy, I can live with it.

I hope they make a Skywarp out of it, so then we can have the 3 Seekers in completely different bodies.

Unpopular opinion: I like this figure. I've always preferred robot mode accuracy above a good vehicle mode/transformation, and this is probably the most accurate Arcee robot mode we'll ever get at a retail price point. Transformation is bad for obvious reasons, and she'll probably remain in bot mode for the foreseeable future. As of right now, she's my favorite ER deluxe.
