My friend was obsessed with having a "road train". Legacy Optimus Prime was the best candidate for him.

I was sitting on mine for months with the Repros ready to be applied for reasons. Maybe because I really wanted Nemesis Scourge. So he bought it, traded it for my Legacy Optimus, he bought my Repros, then commission me to make him a Road Train Tanker. The spare Optimus had to be sacrificed. I keep the remains for a future project.

It was a light custom job so here it is.

The "connector buggy" is in fact, Laser Optimus's ROLLER! Complete with seats.

Oh, by the way, My friend plan to buy the DNA Designs upgrade kit so when he does and receive it, I'll add some more pictures for the base modes and everything.

Roller felt incomplete with its huge connector in the front. So i made it some accessories using a PCC minicon and sacrificing a Optimus "lollipop". Also, Roller had a weight problem so I filled all the hollow spaces underneath with a mix of gravel and glue. Now Roller is truly complete!

One was from Energon Ironhide, the other is from that giant brown and green dune-buggy that I don't remember the name.

I'll have to hunt down a new pair of scrap Energon autobots to make the project I had in mind for long before that surprise road-train came along.

There was something that nagged me about the trailer with the connector. It can't be a level base mode. So I created a few custom accessories, complete with 5mm pegs, to make the base relatively level. Optimus can now have an extra gun, some gaz tanks, and a jetpack!
