I have disabled HTML tags to be used in signatures and the general text area.
Sorry guys but this has to go.. too much of a risk nowadays.
Second is for new members, you will get a vallidation email which is needed for your registration.
Should disable a few bots

I actually find HTML on boards is also not used all that much and, those who use it, seem to be just wasting time with it as the majority of users can't view it (for whatever reasons of their own).

...And those bots need disabling. Seems in the last couple of months we have been getting an awful lot of new 'members'...

I've seen this, too. But I aint a mod or nothing so all I can pretty much do is shrug it off in the case that those are actual people... >_>;; Don't wanna cause trouble and upset new members, scaring them away, etc...

Some of them are real ones, but the fakes are easy to spot. If in doubt, click on their profile. Most of the bots have things like "Occupation: Spyware remover" or "Interests: Browser bar" or some such guff.

Go figure, I deleted 50 useraccounts yesterday allready.
