I work in grocery stores and when I have down time it's almost always spent perusing the liquor aisle. Probably the only interesting section of a grocery store
I've eye-balled Sailor Jerry quite a few times and have always appreciated the old sailor tattoo art.
If we're talking holiday drinks, let's talk egg nog. My family always mixed egg nog and whisky (Jack Daniels to be exact) in a punch bowl with several scoops of vanilla ice cream. I'm the only one in my social circle that likes egg nog this way so it's rare that I get to do it. This year I found a very good surrogate.
It's thick and creamy egg nog with rum, brandy and whisky built right in! The Louisianian in me thought "only 14.75% ABV, pfft!" it's surprisingly boozy and delicious. It was good in a glass, good over ice and even good in coffee. Hell I made French toast with the stuff just yesterday
