I think the issue here is that the Beast Warriors would all sacrifice a lot of molding and transformation complexity to keep the scale (heck, Rattrap couldn't even be made since he'd have to be even smaller!). It's why I prefer mold-accuracy to scale-accuracy in my figures, no matter how cool Titans tend to be sometimes.

Alternatively, for those that haven't had that much character growth. How their design has changed over time. Sunstreaker, for example. From G1, G2 to IDW Headmaster.
I know you actually mean different figures for a single line, but my mind immediately went to the Leaders from
PoTP and I kinda want to see that for other characters and size scales. Like Hunter-to-Shokaract, or common-Cybertronian-disguises-to-Thirteen-Primes.
Speaking of the Primes, here's my idea for a HasLab Primus/Cybertron, most likely impossible due to budget or engineering:
- Planet mode based either on the Sunbow or Marvel design (probably the former, since it featured in more panning shots and therefore is a lot more iconic), with some recognizable cities and features from across fiction; smaller than Unicron (half the size or smaller).
- Robot mode based on the
Don Figueroa design; possibly with a
Cybertron-based alternate head.
- Features an
Oracle Mini-Con with a Vector Sigma alt-mode; activates certain functions similar to Unicron's Dead End; can be stored in the robot mode's head or a chamber within the planet mode's plates (possibly beneath Iacon or Kaon).
- Features an AllSpark which can change between a geometric "dormant form" (referencing Bayverse,
Cyberverse and
WfCTrilogy continuities) and a container-like "active form" (referencing
Animated and
Aligned continuities); activates certain lights-and-sounds functions similar to the Omega Lock; can be stored in the robot mode's chest or in the planet mode's Well of All Sparks.
- Features at least three moons, scaled to both Cybertron and HasLab Unicron's maw (this would be the main scale basis), which can triple-change into an "Avatar of Primus" (basically a robot mode based on other Primus designs) and tools for the main Primus body to use:
