Subsequent EDIT: I spoke to Pulse Customer Service and they said these are being shipped out geographically, which is super. Literally everyone I know in my local area has theirs or has it arriving today.
Am I irritated? Yeah, I am. I'm not even going to pretend to apologize about it. I don't care if it's later or earlier, I just want something to make sense and not be a big info void.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to be patient; logistically, I'm sure these are a lot more work than the average product.
For my part, I don't need to know anything until it has a delivery date. I've added the label details to the Shopify app, so as soon as there's an update, it'll push a notification to me.
