I have been using that site for over 8 or 9 yrs with no problems. So shouldnt be anything to worry about. I use Avira and Spybot though. Also sorry didnt think bouts linking that site being a problem. Mostly I use it for reading comics from years ago.

SG Grimlock went up for pre-order on Pulse as a TF Tuesdays drop, releases in August, and according to both the email about it and the Pulse homepage this is "the first Shattered Glass figure of the year", so soft confirmation that there's more coming despite us not having any SG leaks past Grim here.

Got my preorder in for him. Guess I will end up with 3 of this mold, even though I was content with one

Remember when we found out Selects Magnificus existed because some guy sold an early copy on Shopee as "Shattered Glass Perceptor"? Well in a very similar vein, someone recently put up a new listing on there for "Rodimus Unicronus", using a picture of specifically the inner bot from the PotP figure and a price that falls between Voyager and Leader when converted to USD. Based on that, it seems to me like there's a solid chance that one of the other Shattered Glass figures for the year after Grimlock is Rodimus, most likely from the SS86 mold.

But the listing is selling that Rodimus Unicronus toy as "Rodimus Unicronus", not as "Shattered Glass Rodimus". There is no confusion/deception this time.

I get what he means, he is saying that the person doesn't really know what line his new toys is from. So while he may think it's Rodimus Unicronus, and lists it as such, it might actually be Shaterred Glass Hot Rod.

Fellow eagle eyed Seibertronian Nemesis Primal has kept an eye on the asian toy markets where sellers list new toys before they are revealed. Well, at the same site where we had our fisrt indication for Magnificus, we have a listing for an upcoming Rodimus Unicronus toy. No picture of the actual toy is provided, but smart money is on this being a redeco of SS86 Hot Rod. We do not know if it would be released in the Shattered Glass line or as Rodimus Unicronus in another line like Generations Selects. Let us know if that would interest you.

Exactly. This particular individual has not only sold stolen factory samples multiple times before (so they're not getting the packaging or instructions to get accurate names from), but we have a specific example of them getting a figure that technically could be released under 1 of 2 names, guessing which name is correct to use for the listing, and using an older existing picture as their stock photo instead of an actual picture of the new figure (for Magnificus they used a picture of him/SG Perceptor from one of the comics). This is literally Magnificus Leak 2: Rodimus Boogaloo.

Plus Hasbro themselves said when SG Grimlock went up for preorder that Grim was their "first SG figure of the year", which inherently implies the existence of more releases, and Rodimus does fit with their other SG releases all being the popular/evergreen characters, characters that were important in the original SG fiction, and/or characters who can double as updates to other more-obscure characters. Pretty sure he was in the recent MotG cards that got SG versions too.

I hope this turns out to be a proper SG Rodimus.

I've been on the fence about getting Rodimus Unicronus for my SG collection, but it just doesn't hit the right notes for me.

So if this IS true, and we're getting Grimlock and then Rodimus, I wonder who else is on the table this year? We need some big Decepticons to fill in the ranks, like Shockwave, Cyclonus, and the other Seekers.

And however unlikely, I would LOVE a multi-pack featuring just a bunch of SG Cassettebots.

It sucks that there may be devious breaches involved all to provide US fans the recent information. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't thrilled about SG Rodimus and a Rodimus Unicronus as well....'nuff said!

I really wish a SG Rodimus would use the Kingdom Rodimus Prime base instead. That mold is so much better.

As long as it comes with all the accessories and doesn't cut any before demanding the same price I'll consider him. Could also be neat if this one has the mouth plate that the Machinima one had

Shopee guy put Rodimus back up, now calling it "Black Hot Rod" and showing what appears to be someone's drawing of the SS86 Hot Rod mold in a mix of SG deco and Black Hot Rod/Lost Light colors instead of the PotP stock photo they had before. They've also put up a listing for the G2 Mirage we know his coming from Toxitron Collection, but their picture for that is literally just a digibash of that color scheme on the Siege mold (it's still watermarked even) that has been around since Siege, so I don't know if their picture for Rodimus is 100% indicative of the final mold choice, since I doubt Hasbro is going to randomly revert back to the Siege mold for that Mirage.

Doesn't Hot Rod have better accessories for it though, between the saw blade and the optional visor for the PotP look? I don't remember SG Rodimus ever having the trailer.

Ah, so it sounds like another case of Hasbro trying to get two uses out of one SG figure again. Guess I'm buying two, I was hoping they'd use the LL or movie colors for the unreleased Velocitron figure, but they went with that toy deco instead.
